GIUSEPPE 'THE SPIDER' DI DONATO 
MONDAY 3RD JUNE - SATURDAY 3RD AUGUST

We are delighted to announce the return of legendary pizzaiolo, Giuseppe Di Donato, who will be creating handcrafted, oven-baked Neapolitan pizzas at Harry's Bar for a two-month residency. Affectionally named "The Spider" due to his speed and precision, Giuseppe's pizzas, which have made him famous in his hometown of Naples, will be available to enjoy for lunch and dinner in addition to the Clubs A La Carte menu. Due to popular request, we will once again provide personalised Harry's Bar pizza boxes to take your Italian delicacy home to enjoy!

INTRODUCING OUR NEW HEAD CHEF

Having spent his childhood on the French border of Italy in Piedemont, surrounded by diverse flavours and a rich tapestry of native ingredients, Gonzalo was immersed in food from a young age. His Grandfather, who was a baker, taught him the foundations of cooking and a respect for crafting food with love, passion and skill, an ethos which he built on when he embarked on his journey through Europe’s finest kitchens to work under some of the most recognized and progressive Chefs in the industry. THE ALPINA x HARRY'S BAR
OCTOBER 2019 

Following a successful reunion with our friends from Sommet, The Alpina Gstaad's Michelin-Starred restaurant, earlier this year for Harry's Bar residency at the hotel, we are thrilled announce that the Sommet team will be joining us in London for three nights in October for a residency of their own. Our Head Chef Gonzalo Luzarraga will lead the team in an inimitable culinary exchange as they bring with them taste experiences inspired by Sommet's Head Chef Martin Goschel's travels in France, Italy, Southeast Asia and South America. 

We look forward to welcoming The Alpina's team to Harry's Bar in October 2019.

RISTORANTE CARLO CRACCO
APRIL 2019

Harry's Bar Members were invited for a magical dinner in picturesque Milan situated in the prestigious setting of the Ristorante Carlo Cracco. Cracco is one of Italy's most renowned Chefs and television personalities, known by most as the host of Italy's versions of Masterchef and Hell's Kitchen.

A fundraising evening was held to support cancer research at the Urological Research Institute (URI) of the San Raffaele hospital in Milan. For this special evening, 6 large-format bottles from the Toscana IGT Soldera® Case Basse® 2010 vintage were auctioned off to raise much-needed funds.

We would like to thank our Members for their invaluable support towards this great cause.

HARRY'S BAR POP UP AT THE ALPINA 
FEBRUARY 2019 
The team were thrilled to reunite with our friends from Sommet, The Alpina Gstaad's Michelin-Starred restaurant, earlier this year for Harry's Bar residency at the hotel. Head Chef Martin Goschel lead the team in this inimitable culinary exchange as we served a selection of our signature dishes from Harry's Bar including favourites such as Tagliolini Verde Gratinati with Prosciutto and Cream, and Roasted, Salt-Crusted Wild Sea Bass with herb-laden Mediterranean Sauce

We look forward to welcoming The Alpina's team back to Harry's Bar in 2020.
